PLEASE REBLOG: Secret Group Theatre Project: You Control The Actors
As a collaboration with Artist-In-Residence Natasha Tsakos, The Governor’s School For The Arts Theatre Department has been commissioned to create new and innovative shows that combine the magic of theatre with the growing medium of technology.
Tumblr, this is where we need your help.
On Friday, March 18th, we will be broadcasting a live improv from our own Black Box Theatre where you can control the actors. That’s right. We’re bringing the experience to the masses, and want everyone to be an integral part in the experience.
The premise? Two men meet in the frozen foods section of a grocery store. The rest is up to you. We want you to come up with their situation. Why are they there? Who are these men? YOU DECIDE THEIR FATE!
We’re asking anyone and everyone who’s ever loved theatre even remotely to help get the word out on this project. Reblog, tell your friends and, most importantly, tell us your ideas!
