This elderly guy came in needing help with Microsoft Publisher because he couldn’t fix the margins on the pamphlets he was making about some Judaism celebration.
I spent an hour trying to fix them for him before just printing one out and cutting it manually. Then, he told me he wanted 100 copies with all these ridiculous ramifications, but I said we couldn’t do that.

I just helped an elderly lady finish her paper in...
She came in with computer issues and a paper due in less than 40 minutes for her Social Work professor. No one was helping her and everyone kept sending her to someone else because they couldn’t get her internet to work.
In no time, I uploaded it to a different computer, proof-read the entire thing, did all her citations and emailed it to her professor with a minute to spare.
